McCormick Said Overturning Roe Would Make Him “Very, Very Happy”
PENNSYLVANIA – David McCormick supports a dangerous anti-choice agenda that includes backing an abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest. He repeatedly praised the leaked Supreme Court opinion draft overturning Roe as “huge victory” and “huge step forward.”
Senator Casey believes our daughters and granddaughters should not grow up with fewer rights than their mothers. He supports restoring Roe by passing the Women’s Health Protection Act into law and is fighting efforts to roll back women’s access to family planning care, contraception, and IVF.
