PENNSYLVANIA — Senator Casey is consistently ranked among the most effective and bipartisan senators and has worked across the aisle to deliver for all 67 counties, bringing good-paying jobs, broadband, child care, and public safety to the Commonwealth. 

FACT: Senator Casey is one of the most bipartisan and effective Senators and has delivered for Pennsylvanians.

  • Senator Casey wrote and passed the 6th most laws in the Senate, got bicameral support on the 7th most bills and got bipartisan cosponsors on the 13th most bills compared to all Senators in the last Congress, according to GovTrack. 
  • He has been ranked as one of the top ten most effective senators at having his legislation included as parts of other bills. 
  • Senator Casey wrote and passed the ABLE Act, called the broadest legislation for people with disabilities since the ADA.
  • Senator Casey partnered with Pennsylvania veterans to pass the PACT Act, which has helped more than 32,000 Pennsylvania veterans get the health care they need.
  • Senator Casey successfully fought to allow Medicare to negotiate lower prescription drug costs for seniors, cap the cost of insulin at $35 per month, and lower drug costs for low-income seniors and people with disabilities.
